Kim & Ben : Engaged

A simple look and a smile. It was a typical week day. Young kids doing what young kids do after school – hanging out, laughing with friends, cruising around. Ben was in his car stopped at a red light. He had long hair and he was rocking a yellow bandana. You know, because style bleeds from his veins. And Kim, at the ripe old age of 16, also just as stylish, was crossing the street wearing overalls. When they tell the story, they both bury their heads in their hands at their innocence and style. But what they aren’t embarrassed about is the connection they shared that day. Though Ben has since cut his hair and Kim has retired her overalls, one thing has stayed the same – a simple look and smile. Something they still share until this day.

This was literally 5 minutes into our session. Ben is cuh-raz-ay!

Kim’s smile is super infectious. It’s refreshing to see how silly Kim and Ben are together. Ben brings the crazy and Kim is there to laugh at all of it.I heart belts. And apparently so does Ben.;)The light at the Griffith Observatory always makes me giddy. We ended the day with the loves of Kim’s life. Such adorable little pups!
