Tiffany & Kevin : Engaged

Japan. Yes. That would be the most perfect time to propose. Armed with an engagement ring, his beautiful Tiffany, a few good friends and a life changing question on the tip of his tongue, Kevin made the trek to Japan. As they roamed the streets, taking in the life and the scenery and the food and the people, Kevin realized that he didn’t have a concrete plan. He knew he wanted to ask Tiffany to be his bride, but, at what moment? Where? What would he say? @#$%&*! Everything was becoming a blur and in an effort to not pass out, the words just fell out of his mouth, “Check it out, will you marry me?“. Until this day, they still laugh about their proposal story. Partly because he managed to surprise the crap out of Tiffany and partly because of his check it out intro. But both agree it was true to them as a couple. And they wouldn’t have it any other way.

Tiffany is a graphic designer (hooray for art majors!) and Kevin works in production for a reality series (um, that’s all I watch!), and I immediately loved them. They are both insanely creative, sarcastic, down to earth, stylish, and warm. They have hearts that want to see the world. Really experience it. Change it. Together. To say I’m head over heels to be a part of their story is an understatement. Their wedding in the mountains, among oak and sycamore canyons this fall is sure to be perfect.

Tiff & Kev had a blast as I asked them to throw leaves up in the air time and time again. Seriously, it was all smiles and laughs until Tiff realized her ring had flown off! My heart sank and I already had plans to call every person I knew to come and search through the leaves. Luckily, they both kept cool and found it! I almost did a high-kick in relief. Phew!
