Along with having amazing golden sunlight, California is filled with some of the most beautiful wedding locations ever. This was my first time shooting at The Adamson House and it quickly became one of my favorite venues. The Adamson House is a Colonial Revival home filled with Spanish and Moorish influences – decorative tiles, hand-carved doors, bottle glass windows – steps away from the ocean. It’s a crafstman beauty and a perfect place for a wedding.
And what a wedding it was! From Alyse’s romantic Nicole Miller dress to Erik’s emotional vows to the crazy dance party with awesome 80’s cover band, The Young Guns. Alyse & Erik wanted a celebration and on that September day, they both brought enough energy to fill the Malibu air. It was truly a party from start to finish and I feel honored to have been a part of it.
